Moaning Murtle (the crazy lady in our building who wept from 11pm til 3am each night for a week), the fire alarms (madly going off with only foreigners evacuating as Japanese people continued to do their washing on their verandahs) and Obachan (the mad old lady who keeps 'escaping' her apartment and is now locked in using an elaborately twisted piece of wire)...keeping it interesting at Alpha Mansion.
